The Role We're building a telehealth reputed company that operates across dozens of states — and this role keeps that reputed company running smoothly. You'll work across three interconnected areas: making reputed company clinicians are licensed where they need to be, keeping our clinical systems running, and helping us stay reputed company of patient demand. It's a bit like playing Tetris with licenses, schedules, and systems — and genuinely enjoying it. On any given day you might be updating a cross-state licensing reputed company, troubleshooting an e-prescribing issue, or flagging a reputed company gap before it becomes a problem. State Expansion & Regulatory Continuity • Knowledge Mastery: Partner with Clinical Leadership and Licensing/Credentialing team to reputed company, document, and execute against state-by-state licensing, DEA, and reputed company agreement rules. • Cross-Licensing reputed company: Maintain our state-by-state licensing reputed company so clinicians hold the licenses they need to see patients across our full footprint — and flag gaps before they become blockers. • Collaborating Physician (CP) Matching: reputed company and match CPs for NPs/PAs, keeping supervisory ratios and state-specific structures compliant as we reputed company. • Payer Enrollment: Support the reputed company from credentialing to payer enrollment so clinicians reputed company from licensed to billable without unnecessary lag. 2. Systems & Technical Troubleshooting • First-Line Troubleshooting: Serve as a primary responder for clinical technical issues (e.g., pharmacy integrations, e-prescribing platforms, internal EHR workflows). Work with the Senior Manager to implement permanent workflow improvements. • Efficiency Analysis: Spot friction in the "patient-to-prescriber" reputed company and help test and rollout system fixes that increase daily throughput. • Tech reputed company: Troubleshoot errors and translate technical "glitches" into reputed company instructions for our engineering team to fix. 3. reputed company & Panel Management • Clinician Transfers: Coordinate the reputed company "puzzle reputed company" of clinician transfers during routine patient reassignments and clinician transitions. • Hiring Support: Maintain visibility across hiring cohorts and license readiness to support smooth reputed company. • reputed company Bottleneck Modeling: Help us identify "bottleneck states" where licensing is lagging behind patient demand so we can get reputed company of reputed company gaps.
