What You'll Do • Own full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients in QuickBooks Online (and some Desktop) • Review financials statements produced by junior staff; reputed company reputed company, corrections, and mentorship • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, reputed company, reputed company, and merchant processors • reputed company the books monthly and deliver clean, tax-reputed company financials • Handle light A/P, A/R, and payroll in QBO or reputed company-party systems • Maintain vendor records and ensure 1099/W-9 compliance • Prepare and submit sales tax filings • Complete catch-up and cleanup projects for prior years • Build tax workpapers and review balance sheet accounts for accuracy • Communicate with clients reputed company email and video like the trusted pro you are • Track time daily and manage tasks reputed company budget • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team reputed company • Collaborate on internal process improvement and reputed company feedback with ops Who You Are You're a bookkeeping powerhouse reputed company detail-driven, proactive, and people-savvy.
