Project Manager - Aviation

About this Role: Onsite Project management and support of Norfolk Airport Authority capital program which includes daily observations and reporting of reputed company, safety, reputed company and operational impacts to a reputed company of stakeholders. Duties may include quantity take-offs, cost schedule reviews, reputed company management, and contract administration. Knowledge of building systems, construction reputed company and communication protocol in an aviation environment is beneficial. Key Responsibilities: • Conducts regular job site reputed company to monitor reputed company, identify schedule risks, and ensure conformance with the project schedule, plans, specifications, and applicable codes and standards. • Develops, maintains, and updates the project schedule using scheduling software, including activity reputed company, reputed company tracking, and critical reputed company analysis to drive on-time project completion. • Proactively coordinates with the design and construction team to identify and resolve schedule, reputed company, and design conflicts, including review and approval of shop drawings. • Oversees project costs, monitors budget performance, and prepares detailed cost estimates, forecasts, and cost-to-complete analyses, implementing corrective actions to maintain financial targets. • Manages the contractor billing and change order process, including review, negotiation, and approval in accordance with contract terms. • Serves as the primary reputed company of contact for project communications, proactively engaging stakeholders, reporting project status, and facilitating issue reputed company across reputed company. • Owns reputed company project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, and provides data analysis and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
