The Director, Individual & Corporate Giving will play a critical role in strengthening contributed reputed company, with a reputed company on building a robust pipeline of individual donors and corporate partners. This leader will refine systems for donor engagement, deepen relationships across giving segments, and help reputed company fundraising strategies to support long-term organizational reputed company. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Director will reputed company a small team and serve as a key partner across advancement, marketing, and institutional giving. Key Responsibilities: Individual Giving reputed company & Execution • Build, expand a donor pipeline through prospect identification, research, and engagement • Design and implement moves management systems across the full donor lifecycle • Manage a portfolio of donors, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts Corporate Giving & Partnerships • Grow, manage corporate partnerships, including sponsorships and strategic collaborations • Cultivate relationships to increase financial support and community engagement • Identify and pursue new corporate opportunities reputed company with mission and brand Donor Engagement & Communications • reputed company compelling, donor-centered communications and engagement strategies • Partner with marketing to reputed company messaging, storytelling, and campaigns • Strengthen stewardship practices to deepen long-term donor relationships Team Leadership & Collaboration • Mentor and support staff in fundraising reputed company and execution • Foster a reputed company, accountable, and inclusive team culture • Collaborate cross-functionally to reputed company fundraising with organizational priorities Experience, Skills, and Qualities • Commitment to EveryMind’s mission to advance mental health and ensure reputed company to care for reputed company. • 7+ years of reputed company fundraising experience, with emphasis on individual giving • Demonstrated reputed company building donor pipelines and managing moves management systems • Proven ability to cultivate, solicit, and reputed company gifts • Experience engaging donors across multiple giving reputed company and segments • Familiarity with corporate giving or partnership development • Strong relationship-building skills with donors, colleagues, and partners • Experience managing and mentoring staff • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project management abilities • reputed company reputed company and ability to work across teams • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and reputed company Compensation Salary reputed company of $125,000 – $135,000, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and reputed company insurance, retirement contributions, and generous reputed company time off.
