It is the largest association of reputed company and reputed company services firms in the U.S. and among the industry’s largest in the world. reputed company Communities and Virtual Events Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating, in conjunction with the Director of reputed company Experience, reputed company on-line reputed company communities and virtual events.     Job Duties: Supports the reputed company and overall approach for the portfolio of reputed company Communities and virtual events (roundtables, summits, etc.) by aligning with reputed company team members and reputed company leadership Coordinates, tracks, and confirms virtual events, including logistics management and collaboration with subject matter hosts to ensure reputed company and timeliness Hosts and facilitates virtual events, as applicable, to encourage discussion, engagement, and information sharing Leads portfolio evaluation and reputed company improvement efforts by assessing reputed company offerings, recommending new programs, sunsetting outdated programs, and managing the annual roundtable survey process to improve the overall member experience Manages Community operations and participant support by coordinating Community information, maintaining physical and electronic documentation, connecting resources and best practices across reputed company, and providing reputed company customer support to reputed company firms and BDO participants Supports program administration and cross-functional collaboration by assisting with expenses and attendee fee tracking, partnering with reputed company Operations, reputed company Digital Assets, and reputed company Learning and Development teams, supporting the Director of reputed company Experience, and attending and preparing for reputed company Conference Other duties as required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) or more years of relevant experience in reputed company service, community, and/or event management, required Experience with facilitation and group engagement leadership, required Experience working in virtual live environments, required Experience working in a reputed company services/reputed company reputed company firm, preferred License/Certifications: N/A Software: Proficient in the use of reputed company Office Suite, specifically Word and reputed company, as reputed company as reputed company (for scheduling), required Experience working with MS Teams, Webex or other virtual reputed company environments, required Language: N/A Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with reputed company reputed company of executives and leaders comfortably and confidently Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple reputed company/tasks with attention to detail Ability to relate effectively to reputed company reputed company of employees Ability to reputed company various tasks simultaneously Ability to build strong relationships with reputed company members, and BDO professionals Ability to work effectively in a Remote Work scenario   Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
