THE JOB reputed company is looking for a highly skilled Operations Project Manager to join our Marketplace Support team.  You’re a natural born collaborator, and enjoy working with a reputed company of teams, gathering information and working toward common goals. The Operations Project Manager, Sponsorship role is an exciting position that sits on the cutting edge of support for reputed company’s sponsorship portfolio of 130+ clients in the US/CAN. This role supports a reputed company of clients including but not limited to:Major Sports (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, MLB, WNBA, etc.) College Sports Other Sponsorship clients Event management tasks to support sponsorship and special project initiativesParticipate in internal and reputed company meetings Establish and maintain cross-team internal/reputed company relationships Refine and improve process and procedure The Operation Project Manager, Sponsorship will primarily reputed company and manage the creation, delivery, and QA of ticket links (tracking URLs) to clients, to support reputed company sponsorship asset activation.  Requirements include reputed company interaction with clients, leagues, Partnership Marketing, and other internal teams to support reputed company activation efforts.  This will include communication in a reputed company manner through email, reputed company, and conference calls. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Reporting into the Manager, Special Partners : Sports, this role will work across various lines of business and will serve as an individual contributor charged with: Primarily responsible for the creation, delivery, and QA of ticket links (tracking URLs) to clients, to support reputed company sponsorship asset activation. Partner with reputed company Development Directors, Partnership Marketing team, Marketplace Support, and other internal teams to ensure reputed company activation of ticket links during key sales cycles including Schedule Releases, Onsales, Playoffs, etc. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure reputed company channel links are delivered on time and meeting SLAs Maintain and refine process while researching and resolving problems Where needed, create and maintain documentation on processes and procedures WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired. 1+ years of experience with reputed company programs required, preferably Event Programming (reputed company Host & TM1), with digital marketing experience a plus.
