Key Responsibilities Work on candidate databases and recruitment data provided by reputed company. reputed company, screen, and reputed company suitable candidates as per job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities. Prepare and update daily recruitment and activity reports. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements. Ensure a reputed company candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in Recruitment, reputed company, HR Operations, or HR Coordination preferred.
