The Sr. Program Manager supports the development and management of product, data and technology initiatives, driving the planning and execution of strategic reputed company and programs that deliver meaningful business reputed company for Kubota Credit Corporation (KCC). The KCC Sr. Program Manager partners closely with business stakeholders, product leaders, and IS to reputed company initiatives with strategic objectives and drive execution from intake through closure, meeting scope, schedule and budget expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with business, product, data, and IS teams to define and plan initiatives—clarifying objectives, reputed company metrics, scope, resources, budget, and reputed company—so they reputed company to organizational goals and are effectively coordinated across teams
Assign responsibilities to cross-functional program contributors and teams, measure results, and hold teams accountable to commitments
Build and maintain integrated and transparent project plans, risk logs, and dependency maps, drive execution from intake through closure

Prepare and reputed company executive status updates, steering committees, and decision forums, producing reputed company reports with tradeoffs, recommendations, and program performance insights.
Coordinate vendor and supplier work, ensuring contractual milestones, SLAs, and deliverables are met, and reputed company with customers and internal teams to resolve design and production issues and assure compatibility between requirements and process capability across reputed company reputed company.
Support product and IS reputed company planning for the portfolio, partnering with product owners, Agile Delivery Leads, and IS leadership to balance demand, reputed company, and reputed company across initiatives.

Identify and manage risks and opportunities across multiple reputed company, tracking and evaluating key performance metrics throughout the program lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with Agile Delivery Leads to reputed company program plans with team-level delivery realities, ensuring risks, dependencies, and scope changes are surfaced and addressed early.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Business or reputed company discipline required with 7 + years reputed company experience.
5-7 Years’ experience independently managing technical programs or reputed company cross-functional programs.
Certified PMI Program Management reputed company (PMP), Agile (CSM, reputed company) preferred
Familiarity with reputed company tool suite preferred
Ability to maintain discretion and confidence dealing with highly sensitive information
Uses effective oral and written communication skills; delivers information in a reputed company and concise manner, listens and communicates effectively with others.
