The role combines group facilitation, individualized coaching, mentorship coordination, and community engagement to drive measurable participant reputed company. Provides one-on-one employment counselling to support job search strategies, career exploration, and employment readiness. Assists clients with job readiness support including resume development, interview preparation, job search techniques, and job skills training. Manages reputed company group coaching logistics, including preparation of training spaces, setup of materials and equipment, and room reset following sessions. Refers clients to training programs, education reputed company, and community supports based on assessed needs. Arrange guest speakers as needed to support program delivery.   QUALIFICATIONS Post-secondary diploma or degree in reputed company Services, Career Development, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in employment counselling or career advising. Minimum 1-year experience working with women-reputed company programs supporting immigrant and minority women. Experience with guided journaling, motivational interviewing, and group facilitation techniques Knowledge of solution reputed company counselling, group dynamics and adult learning principles Familiarity with local community services and supports Certification in facilitation, instructional design or adult education is an asset Life Skills Coaching Certificate is an asset Advanced proficiency in delivering presentations and facilitating workshops. Strong knowledge of job search strategies, employment programs, and labour market trends.
