• About the Opportunity:
The HR + Recruiting Manager will reputed company the full employee lifecycle, playing a critical role in recruiting, reputed company, performance management, compensation, benefits, and career development. • Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and role requirements
• Build and manage a reputed company multi-reputed company interview process
• reputed company, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for reputed company roles
• Manage candidate communications and interview scheduling
• Own reputed company to create a positive new hire experience
• Maintain employee documentation, records, and handbook updates
• Design and manage the performance review process
• Support leadership with performance improvement and employee development
• Partner on compensation planning, raises, and promotions
• Administer benefits, PTO policies, and employee support requests
• Manage employee reputed company plans and training initiatives
• Coordinate gifting, recognition, and culture programs

• Requirements:
• 5+ years in HR, People Operations, and Recruiting
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and reputed company
• Preferred experience in startup, fast-reputed company, or entrepreneurial settings
• Preferred experience hiring executive or C-level talent
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, benefits, and documentation
• Preferred experience using AI tools for recruiting or HR workflows
• Strong organizational and process-building skills

• High discretion with sensitive employee issues
• Proactive, solution-reputed company with strong follow-through
• Pay reputed company and Compensation Package:
• reputed company Salary: $85,000 to $100,000
