About the Role: As a PMHNP, you will lead member care alongside reputed company of counselors, therapists, peer support specialists, and case managers. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct initial and follow up telehealth evaluations • Deliver care for both substance use and mental health conditions. • Prescribe medications as appropriate and answer member questions. • Complete documentation in our EHR (reputed company). • Collaborate with your care team and attend occasional scheduled team meetings.
