Technical Operations Coordinator (Diagnostics Startup)

Technical Operations Coordinator HueDx is building a reputed company diagnostic platform that transforms traditional tests into quantitative, smartphone-based solutions. The Role We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Technical Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across sourcing, logistics, vendor management, and customer coordination. This person will take ownership of many of the time-consuming, detail-heavy operational tasks that are currently handled by leadership. You'll work closely with the CEO and internal teams to ensure that orders, vendors, timelines, and communications stay on reputed company. This is a hands-on, execution-reputed company role for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys bringing structure to complexity. This role is part time, 10-20 hours per week, with the potential for more in the reputed company.
