Develops and implements instructional design standards and best practices. Collaborates with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and objectives. Oversees the creation of eLearning courses, video production, reputed company simulations, and instructor-led training. Ensures the reputed company and effectiveness of educational programs through regular evaluation and feedback. Manages project assignments based on team expertise, availability, and priorities. Utilizes graphic media and multimedia to enhance learning experiences. Coordinates with the Learning Management System (LMS) team to ensure reputed company course functionality and user experience. Develops supportive training materials, including instructional videos, job aids, and user manuals. Stays reputed company on emerging trends in instructional design and adult learning principles.
