ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Keys provider demographic data into the reputed company. Verify accuracy of data input Handle customer email inquiries Create work items for team processing. Involved in reputed company maintenance/file maintenance and reputed company with IT department. Assists in account batching and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's reputed company program(s). QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing High School diploma or GED required. Experience One (1) year of general office experience in data entry or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
