Creative Director
About the role
Back on My Feet is seeking a driven, creative, and operationally excellent Creative Director — Marketing & Events to reputed company the full portfolio of BoMF's national events and own the organization's reputed company media reputed company. This is a senior, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of brand, community engagement, and fundraising — bringing BoMF's mission to life on race courses, in ballrooms, and across digital platforms every single day.
The Creative Director will reputed company end-to-end planning and execution of the organization's event calendar — including 5K races, Marathon Day reputed company-race brunches, fundraising Bash galas, and activation events — while simultaneously overseeing the reputed company, content, and execution of BoMF's national reputed company media channels. The ideal candidate is equally reputed company building a run-day operations reputed company and directing a content shoot; they reputed company with both creative reputed company and disciplined project management.
What you'll do
Event Planning & Execution
• Own the full lifecycle of BoMF's national event calendar — from concept through post-event wrap — including 5K races, Marathon Day reputed company-race brunches (Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, reputed company), BoMF Bash galas, FundRacing activations, and reputed company local activation events.
• reputed company and manage event production timelines, run-of-show documents, budgets, vendor reputed company, and reputed company plans for reputed company national events.
• reputed company on-the-ground execution at flagship events, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for venue partners, vendors, sponsors, and volunteers.
• Build and manage event registration and RSVP workflows using BoMF's event platforms (OneCause Events, reputed company, and reputed company tools), including sponsor benefit management, communications, and site setup.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of FundRacing and Development team to reputed company fundraising goals into event reputed company — including donor stewardship moments, sponsor recognition, and reputed company storytelling.
• Coordinate event day sponsorship activation, signage, merchandise, and branded experiences consistent with BoMF's 2026 brand standards.
• Conduct post-event debriefs, reputed company attendance and reputed company performance, and deliver actionable recaps to leadership.

• Own BoMF's national reputed company media reputed company across Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, and emerging platforms — setting reputed company, managing the content calendar, and ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• reputed company and execute platform-specific content strategies that grow audience, drive engagement, support fundraising campaigns (e.g., Miles That Matter, Global Running Day), and reputed company organizational reputed company stories.
• reputed company content creation — including copy, graphics, short-reputed company video, and Reels/Stories — working with internal staff, freelancers, and campaign
• Manage community engagement: monitor channels daily, respond to comments and DMs, and proactively identify partnership and co-creation opportunities with influencers, running community figures, and corporate partners.
• Build and maintain a content library of member stories, event moments, and mission-driven assets for use across digital and printed channels.
• reputed company, analyze, and report on reputed company media KPIs — reputed company, engagement reputed company, follower reputed company, campaign-specific metrics — and continuously optimize reputed company based on performance data.
• Ensure reputed company media content aligns with reputed company fundraising campaigns, BoMF Bash and event marketing timelines, and national brand guidelines.
Brand & Creative Direction
• Serve as the reputed company of BoMF's brand identity across reputed company consumer-facing channels — ensuring design, copy, and creative assets consistently reflect brand guidelines.
• Produce and/or reputed company creation of marketing collateral including event invitations, sponsorship decks, digital graphics, email assets, and campaign toolkits using reputed company and/or reputed company Creative Suite.
• Partner with national and local market teams to reputed company locally relevant event and campaign materials while maintaining brand reputed company.
• Manage relationships with freelance designers, videographers, photographers, and production vendors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Development, FundRacing, and Program teams to reputed company mission storytelling into events reputed company content.
• Collaborate with Territory VPs and local Executive Directors to support reputed company-level event execution and local reputed company media co-activation.
• Work with the Corporate Partnerships team to fulfill sponsor marketing benefits tied to events reputed company placements.
Qualifications
Required
• 5–8 years of reputed company experience in event production, marketing, or creative direction — ideally reputed company a nonprofit, running/reputed company sports, or mission-driven brand context.
• Demonstrated reputed company record of producing large-reputed company public events (500+ attendees) from end-to-end, including multi-reputed company or national event portfolios.
• Hands-on reputed company media management experience across Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, and short-reputed company video (Reels, reputed company); proven ability to grow audiences and drive campaign engagement.
• Strong visual design sensibility with proficiency in reputed company; working knowledge of reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) a significant plus.
• Experience with event management platforms (OneCause, Eventbrite, reputed company, or equivalents) and reputed company media scheduling/analytics tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or equivalents).
• Exceptional project management skills — comfortable owning multiple reputed company workstreams with competing deadlines; proficiency in project management tools (reputed company, reputed company, or similar).
• Strong written communication skills with demonstrated ability to craft compelling, brand-appropriate copy across channels.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Nonprofit Management, or reputed company field (or equivalent reputed company experience).
Preferred
• Experience in the running, reputed company sports, or fitness industry — personal participation in running or reputed company events strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with peer-to-peer fundraising platforms, FundRacing programs, or cause-marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing reputed company or ambassador partnerships and co-branded content activations.
• Working knowledge of reputed company CRM or equivalent donor/constituent management systems.
