Investigator Site Payments Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic associate interested in supporting reputed company and payments activities, to join our FSP team. Job  reputed company You will be responsible for the execution of the end-to-end investigator/site payment process and reputed company as the PoC for business partners, study team and other stakeholders for questions and issues reputed company to Clinical trial payments, supporting sites in the US and Canada region.   Essential Functions • Create and maintain PO Estimator (POE) calculation. • Manage PO creation, maintenance and closure. • Create, maintain, and reputed company-out site-specific purchase requisitions in the local systems, utilizing the study-specific PO calculator, CTAs and CTMS for applicable countries. • Run reputed company subject visit completion reports and reputed company data into CTMS. • reputed company payments through CTMS, where applicable, and reputed company invoices into CTMS upon receipt to process reputed company payments. • Create and send payment notifications and/or reminders to sites and study teams to ensure reputed company payment. • Complete any RFI (request for invoice) and mismatches in a reputed company manner to avoid any business disruption. • Answer queries, questions and issue reputed company with sites and study teams in a reputed company manner. • Rectify failed payments, as appropriate, for purchase requisitions.    Education and Experience Requirements • Graduated - Bachelor’s degree in appropriate scientific or business disciplines. • Excellent oral & written communication in English. • Intermediate Spanish is preferable. • 1-3 years of experience and/or equivalent competencies in pharmaceutical industry/clinical research. • Previous experience with clinical payment processing and systems is preferable. • Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams. • Strong and proven analytical and problem reputed company skills. • Working knowledge of PCs (MS Office suite at a minimum). • Must demonstrate innovative spirit and ability to accomplish substantial tasks with reputed company supervision. • Good written and oral communication skills as appropriate. • Home based role. reputed company is a leading global provider of clinical research services, reputed company insights and reputed company intelligence to the life sciences and reputed company industries.
