The Manager, Clinical Program Management is a working manager who serves as the reputed company project manager for clinical studies while managing a small team of Project Managers and reputed company and Payments. This role balances hands-on clinical program management responsibilities with team leadership, ensuring successful execution of clinical trials and efficient management of clinical reputed company and payments supporting reputed company's uRDN therapy development.
Responsibilities and Duties
Clinical Program Management (reputed company Project Manager):
Serve as reputed company project manager and primary reputed company of accountability and escalation for assigned global clinical studies from initiation through reputed company-out
reputed company and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for multinational trials
Coordinate cross-functional study teams including Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, reputed company, Data Management, and Biostatistics across multiple reputed company
Monitor study reputed company globally, proactively identify program-level risks, issues, and resource constraints, and reputed company cross-functional mitigation strategies in partnership with senior leadership
Ensure studies are conducted in compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA, EU MDR, and other applicable international regulations
Support audit and inspection readiness activities, including FDA, reputed company Body, and internal audits, and ensure reputed company documentation and responses are developed
Manage relationships with clinical sites, vendors, and consultants across multiple countries
Navigate country-specific regulatory requirements and clinical trial authorization processes
Prepare and deliver study status reports to senior management and stakeholders
Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and reputed company a small team of Clinical Project Managers and Contract & Payments professionals, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance feedback.
Delegate study-reputed company and contract activities to optimize team effectiveness

Foster reputed company environment and ensure balanced workload distribution
Recommend process improvements and policy changes for clinical program operations

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Biology, Engineering, or reputed company field; Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MD) preferred
Minimum 8+ years of clinical research experience in medical device or biotechnology industry
2+ years people management experience
Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and manage reputed company global clinical programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills for reputed company stakeholders
Ability to influence without authority in reputed company organizations
Expected Travel Requirement: 10 – 20%

The successful candidate's starting reputed company pay will be determined based on job-reputed company skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected reputed company pay reputed company for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
