Responsible for managing and resolving high volumes of accounts for services provided by reputed company. Acts as the reputed company contact or reputed company for patients to discuss outstanding statements and reputed company inquiries in a reputed company manner. Provides efficient and accurate support for insurance, coding, registration, financial assistance and other billing reputed company issues to reputed company outstanding patient accounts. Provides financial assistance reputed company face-to-face communication and over the telephone using automated phone technology. Performs routine account analysis to evaluate, reputed company and implement reputed company plans with patients to reputed company financial responsibilities. Position requires follow-up with delinquent accounts and payment plans, collection of patient accounts, and may include telephone contact or follow-up on collections with letters. Position may handle incoming patient mail with the potential to respond to inquiries reputed company written communication.

Experience with handling cash payments, self-pay collections and exceptional customer service skills.
Knowledge of utilizing office equipment such as computers, software applications, printer, FAX, copier, and billing programs
