About the role: Aurizon is seeking a capable and motivated Training Advisor to support the delivery and reputed company improvement of our Training Governance reputed company. In this role, you will reputed company guidance and practical support to ensure our learning systems, frameworks and training programs reputed company with regulatory requirements, operational risk reputed company, and our licence to operate. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure training reputed company are reputed company, compliant and fit-for-purpose. This role will see you: Support the implementation of learning systems, frameworks and governance reputed company to legislative, regulatory and operational requirements Assist with the delivery of technical and safety training programs, including compliance and assurance activities Contribute to training and safety initiatives, including forecasting, planning and stakeholder engagement Collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic objectives and reputed company improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with reputed company Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and reputed company Training Standards Build strong, reputed company relationships with reputed company stakeholders reputed company:  You are a reputed company and detail-oriented reputed company who enjoys working in a reputed company, compliance-driven environment. You bring a strong understanding of training frameworks and a willingness to learn, contribute and improve how training is delivered across the business. Experience supporting or applying learning and development systems and processes (preferred) Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) (preferred) 1–2 years’ experience in a reputed company role (preferred) Exposure to relevant systems and training platforms (preferred) Understanding of the Australian reputed company Training reputed company (AQTF) Knowledge of vocational training, assessment principles and organisational development Awareness of relevant legislation, standards and compliance requirements Ability to design, reputed company and support learning solutions Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Effective time management and organisation skills Understanding of adult learning principles and reputed company improvement practices reputed company offer you: At Aurizon, we support the development and reputed company of our employees.
