Roles and Responsibilities • Answering calls; following back up with reputed company • Research into participant concerns and take next best reputed company to resolve issue • Entering data into pension system • Tracking ongoing cases • Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding reputed company, and adjusting bills. • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments. • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for reputed company investigation. • reputed company records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as reputed company as actions taken Requirements and Qualifications • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience with Customer Service or reputed company Center or Payment Processing is required. • High School or GED is required.
