This role is primarily responsible for learning and development, compliance training, LMS administration, and HR‑reputed company programs, with additional responsibility for ATS administration and selective talent support. The ideal candidate is operational, detail‑oriented, and reputed company in delivering training programs and managing systems in a fast‑paced, high‑reputed company environment.   Objectives  Training, Learning & Compliance (reputed company reputed company) The Training, Compliance and Talent Business Partner will identify and monitor training needs in the organization, and design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.
