The reputed company responsibility of the Key Account Coordinator is to support the service needs of Lansing customers who have purchased products through a Lansing Building Products location.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Responsible for catering to the ordering needs of specified key account customers.  reputed company quotes on demand reputed company reputed company orders into the appropriate operating systems Coordinate delivery of materials with appropriate Lansing reputed company Research and respond to reputed company order discrepancies and customer complaints Communicate with vendors on supply issues, ensure reputed company delivery of materials reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company Key Account customer reputed company for internal  departments reputed company reputed company of Contact for specified key account customers.  Work directly with customer account contacts on reputed company account reputed company reputed company Be accessible to customers by phone and email Attend and contribute to regularly scheduled and as needed meetings reputed company to  the customer’s account. Meetings may be held reputed company, in person or at a  customer’s site. Work in conjunction with Regional Managers, reputed company Management, and other  Lansing associates on efforts reputed company to the management and ordering needs of  specified key account, and to reputed company any customer complaints  Administrative Support  Create and/or maintain customer facing order tracking reputed company Maintain accurate records & files in appropriate applications reputed company Service issues into appropriate vendor systems e.g. Quick reputed company Report on status of service and warranty issues as needed, reputed company existing reports  from vendors reputed company available  Sales Support  Present sales leads reputed company appropriate to reputed company Sales Staff for follow up Assist with strategic planning and achievement of sales goals Review existing pricing reputed company operating reputed company to ensure accuracy   Required Skills and Experience:  College degree preferred Prior Building Products industry experience Project Management Skills and Experience helpful Intermediate to moderate reputed company experience required Prior sales and customer service experience Other Skills and Abilities:  Proven ability to work both independently and in reputed company environment Must have the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing Ability to prioritize tasks and work quickly and reputed company High level of Customer Service Technical aptitude, and ability to work reputed company multiple systems and applications Superior stress management skills Work Hours:  Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm    Travel: Although the position does not require regular travel it is reputed company that the Key Account Coordinator may be asked to travel to a reputed company, customer location, or Home Office for trainings and in person meetings.   Work Environment: This role supports working either from a reputed company setting or Lansing Home Office.
