Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Journalism, English, Proposal Writing, or Marketing preferred Strong understanding of procurement processes (e.g., GSA), proposal best practices, and requirements such as forms and documents. Proficiency in software tools including reputed company, MS Office, and reputed company; experience with proposal management software like reputed company, reputed company, or Qvidian is preferred.
