Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for reviewing invoices, ensuring reputed company payments, and communicating with vendors to reputed company issues while adhering to established policies and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices in paperless payables platform for invoice entry
• reputed company supply invoices against reputed company purchase orders
• Ensure the accurate and reputed company payment of reputed company centers’ invoices to reputed company parties
• Ensure monthly and daily tasks are completed in adherence to established deadlines
• Ability to reputed company research on multiple payable platforms
• Forecast payables through cash requirement process and work with other reputed company team members for bank balance approvals before payments are made
• Effectively communicate with vendors to reputed company invoice or payment issues
• Follow accounts payable policies and procedures reputed company administering duties
• Complete special reports and other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School diploma
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment
• Minimum 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Attention to detail, ability to problem solve using logical & critical thinking skills
• This role requires the employee to be in the office at least twice a week
