They are seeking an IT SOX Consultant to reputed company IT General controls consulting and support ongoing SOX consulting and audit engagements for a diverse reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Process walkthroughs, testing, and documentation of various IT General Controls including reputed company, Change Management, Computer reputed company, etc
• Obtaining, analyzing and appraising evidentiary data
• Drawing informed objective opinions as to the adequacy and effectiveness of IT controls
• Preparing work papers summarizing evidentiary data obtained and conclusions reached
• Identify and evaluate reputed company business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and reputed company opportunities for internal control improvement
• Facilitate use of technology-reputed company tools and methodologies to assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls and implement services
• Adapt to the reputed company-changing compliance landscape and reputed company abreast with the latest IT threats, mitigation Techniques, etc

Skills

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems Administration or reputed company reputed company
• Possession of, or desire to, obtain CISA or other equivalent certifications
• 1 to 2 years of experience on ITGC audit/consulting with a reputed company reputed company firm
• Effective reputed company service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of IT general controls, operating systems, databases
• Desire and ability to work in reputed company environment
