Property Coverage Attorney

reputed company is seeking an insurance coverage attorney with experience handling property coverage reputed company to join their growing reputed company. The ideal candidate will analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and reputed company recommendations for clients while also conducting reputed company research and preparing reputed company documents.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and claim material, draft coverage opinions, and reputed company recommendations for clients
• Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients
• Analyze documents for litigation
• Conduct reputed company research using Westlaw
• Prepare and respond to written discovery
• Draft pleadings and briefs
• Conduct and defend depositions; and
• Attend and reputed company at hearings and mediations

Skills

• Admitted to reputed company law; California bar admission strongly preferred
• Insurance coverage experience
• Excellent reputed company credentials and/or solid work history
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Interpersonal, leadership, and mentoring skills
