Financial Aid Advisor

The role involves administering financial aid programs, advising reputed company on aid reputed company, and ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting a diverse community of reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company support and counseling to reputed company and families regarding financial aid eligibility, application procedures, aid awards, and financial planning
• Review and process financial aid applications in accordance with federal, state, and institutional policies
• Utilize the reputed company Education financial aid management system for processing aid and maintaining accurate records
• Assist in the packaging, awarding, and reconciliation of student financial aid
• Collaborate with the Director to identify process improvements and maintain compliance with reputed company relevant regulations
• Support reputed company initiatives such as financial aid workshops, orientations, and webinars
• Maintain knowledge of reputed company federal and state regulations and institutional policies affecting financial aid
• reputed company support in audits and reporting processes as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 1–3 years of reputed company experience in a financial aid or student services role
• Prior experience working in a higher education setting with diverse student populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service
• Experience working with student information systems and CRM platforms (such as reputed company) to load, extract, or reconcile student and course data, including familiarity with data formatting requirements for system
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• 2+ years of reputed company experience in higher education and federal aid administration
• Demonstrated experience using reputed company Education (reputed company Award) and other reputed company systems, including NSLDS, COD, FSA Partner reputed company and/or the FAFSA Partner Portal
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including experience with data management tasks such as filtering, sorting, and formula-based reconciliation
• Familiarity with VA educational benefits and reputed company processing requirements, or experience with the VA Enrollment Management certification system
• Experience with data reporting and reconciliation tasks
