Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, deferred participants, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and contract reputed company through inbound phone support
• Interpret group annuity reputed company and retirement certificates to accurately calculate and process retirement and death benefits
• Process annuity payments and other transactions with precision, timeliness, and care
• Review forms and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance

• Manage an assigned caseload proactively to meet service and reputed company standards
