[Remote] Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist - remote

They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist who will assist customers through various communication channels and ensure a best-in-class retail experience by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions (in French and English) and providing information about reputed company products

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail sales or a transferable/reputed company field

• Proficiency in browser-based and mobile-based applications
