This role involves conducting audits of guarantor accounts, managing patient inquiries, and providing support for billing issues to enhance patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues and answer patient inquiries regarding accounts, charges, and procedures through effective communication and reputed company reputed company guidelines
