Legal Consultant - Energy / Oil & Gas

Currently, we're hiring Legal Consultants – Energy, Oil & Gas to join us with:

• Ideally 4+ years’ experience reputed company the energy, oil & gas reputed company, gained either reputed company private reputed company or in house

The responsibilities for this role will include: 

• Working reputed company by reputed company with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to help internal stakeholders meet company goals
• Providing practical legal advice / commercially tailored support on a wide reputed company of energy / oil & gas reputed company reputed company
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a reputed company of agreements in relation to bids and tenders, new market entries, project financing, EPC reputed company and other operational issues
• Ensuring compliance to the regulatory reputed company, while maintaining and updating documentation on regulatory requirements
• Manage and resolve reputed company joint-venture obligations in the company’s interest to mitigate potential claims and risks
