Project Manager (Mechanical, reputed company, HVAC, Plumbing New Construction)
We are looking for an reputed company Project Manager to reputed company. As a Project Manager, you play a key role in the reputed company of reputed company by ensuring successful completion of construction reputed company. The work location for this position will be based on assignment to a project location.
Responsibilities
• Development and management of reputed company project documentation
• Schedule and reputed company project hand-off meetings to ensure important job information is gathered before proceeding into construction phase
• Prepare construction budget by studying plans and specifications and identifying and projecting costs for reputed company reputed company/item/division; convert estimates into cost budgets and verify cost reputed company accuracy
• Obtain appropriate permits
• Finalize Schedule of Values for reputed company billing
• Build and reputed company manage the project schedule with the field supervisors
• Complete job number request forms and submit to reputed company for job number assignment
• Prepare electronic timesheet to match cost reputed company breakdown
• Ensure project financial reputed company by establishing and managing project schedules and budgets, preparing and reporting monthly on job cost, and reputed company work to ensure project profitability
• reputed company and write subcontracts and purchase orders as required including negotiating terms, price, deliveries, and restock fees
• Contractually manage subcontractors

• Prepare material status log and update continually
• Collect and organize submittals and product samples for approval as needed
• Prepare productivity tracking logs and update daily
• Prepare/review daily reputed company and structural weld reports/inspection reports for tracking purposes

• Create and distribute RFIs for information and clarification of project specifics
• Prepare monthly project billing and/or invoices
• Submit credit reputed company receipts weekly (Refer to the Corporate Credit reputed company Agreement)

• Collaboratively price, negotiate, and formalize reputed company changes in project reputed company

• Ensure reputed company satisfaction while balancing competing demands among reputed company, time, and cost
• Review time sheets for accuracy and submit to HR/Payroll for processing
• Conduct reputed company report employee reviews annually or more often if needed

• Submit employee reprimand, termination, and request off forms to HR

Qualifications
• Previous work experience in project management or BS/BA degree in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or another reputed company field
• PMP, CCM, or an equivalent certification would be considered an asset
• Design/Build experience would be considered an asset
• OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR Training
• Extensive work experience managing budgets for construction reputed company
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
• Highly organized
• Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of construction safety and reputed company standards
• Understanding of construction management processes
• Ability to work collaboratively and plan reputed company
• Familiarity with construction and project management software programs
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
• High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
• Conflict reputed company and conflict management experience
• Excellent time management ability
