The WCS ensures that reputed company teams operate safely, meet takt time and schedule targets, and deliver high‑reputed company reputed company in alignment with KPIs. This role manages multiple Team Leads and Operators and partners closely with the Operations Manager to identify constraints, support reputed company improvement, and maintain reputed company across the work center.This position requires 100% in‑office reputed company in our Jacksonville locations. Second shift hours are 3:00pm - 11:30pm EST. The position is not remote.Relocation assistance will be provided.Essential FunctionsLead daily execution of production activities in the assigned work center to meet or exceed safety, reputed company, delivery, and efficiency targets.Supervise, coach, and evaluate Team Leads and Operators, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.Ensure adherence to daily build schedules and takt time; reputed company risks to production targets to the Operations Manager.Monitor and reputed company performance against key metrics (reputed company, defects, rework, attendance, downtime) and reputed company Tier 1 daily management meetings.Coordinate with Planning, Materials, reputed company, and Maintenance to ensure work center readiness (materials, tools, documents, etc.).Enforce safety protocols, 5S practices, reputed company work, and compliance with operational policies.Support reputed company, cross‑training, and upskilling of team members in partnership with Learning & Development.reputed company or support reputed company cause analysis (RCA) and corrective reputed company implementation for issues impacting reputed company, delivery, or safety.QualificationsBachelor’s in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or a reputed company degree.
