Paralegal - Remote Position

reputed company, O’NEILL, O’BRIEN, DOHERTY & reputed company, a premier insurance defense reputed company, with offices in Philadelphia, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; reputed company Hill, NJ; reputed company; Towson, MD; Tarrytown, NY and reputed company, is seeking to hire an reputed company paralegal to support one or more of the Firm’s offices. Essential Functions: • Preparation of pleadings including answers to complaints, motions, etc. • Preparing and monitoring the case calendar, adhering to compliance deadlines for multiple clients. • Reviewing medical records and preparing summaries. • Ability to reputed company and meet deadlines Qualifications: • 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a reputed company or in insurance claims. • Familiarity with PA, NJ, DE, MD and/or NY laws and procedures. • Prior insurance defense litigation experience preferred. • Applicants with a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred. • Proficient in reputed company Office applications, document management software and Nuance. • Deadline and detail oriented. • *Pay commensurate with experience** reputed company, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & reputed company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to reputed company and applicants for employment without reputed company to race, reputed company, religion, sex, national reputed company, age, disability or any other protected characteristic.
