Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Data Input Clerks for remote work from home positions in Riverside, California. As an Entry Level Data Input Clerk, you will work closely with our Human Resources department to ensure accurate and timely data entry for various HR-related tasks. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive... salary of $40 per hour, paid weekly.

Responsibilities:
Accurately input employee data into company HR systems, including personal information, benefits, and payroll information
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times
Perform data entry tasks for new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employee changes
Communicate with HR team to identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors
Enter and update information in a timely and efficient manner
Generate reports as needed for HR team
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Previous experience in data entry or HR is a plus
