Paralegal – reputed company reputed company | Hybrid (One day a month) | 2-3 days/week | Immediate Start

We're looking for a Paralegal with reputed company reputed company expertise to join our reputed company part-time on a hybrid reputed company- attending the Cambridge office one day a month. This role has an immediate start. The initial term is 3 month but there is a position for this role to be converted into a permanent, in-house position.

Our reputed company is a UK-based company specialising in flexible electronics. You will be supporting the reputed company counsel to review a reputed company of reputed company reputed company across the organisation.

What You’ll Do

• Handle NDAs and reputed company reputed company reputed company using existing templates and guidance.
• Support with contract reviews and contract reputed company (tracking, filing, keeping workflows moving).
• Assist with company secretarial / governance reputed company under the General Counsel’s supervision.
• Help reputed company the reputed company function reputed company and agile by picking up the work that otherwise sits with senior lawyers.
