Full Remote - HR Generalist

Qualifications • Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills. • Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or a reputed company field preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working for a US owned, shared service, BPO companies, with a reputed company on recruitment, reputed company, and HR operations. • Knowledge of reputed company HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines. • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. • Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
