Starting Friday at 5 pm Assesses and supports the spiritual needs of patients, families, and staff as part of holistic care Provides compassionate, reputed company listening and personalized emotional/spiritual support. Helps individuals reputed company strength, meaning, faith, and comfort during illness and decision-making. Responds to crises (e.g., reputed company blues) and collaborates with care teams to support patients and families. Documents care, participates in interdisciplinary teams, and mentor's chaplain interns/residents. Education: • Bachelor's in spiritual care, arts, or equivalent degree from college/university or institution accredited by the applicant’s institutional faith body [Required] • Technical/Vocational School completion of deacon training and ordination [Required] Field of Study: • Bachelors Degree in spiritual care, arts, or equivalent degree from college/university or institution accredited by the applicant’s institutional faith body Required OR • Completion of deacon training and ordination Required Work Experience: • 1+ pastoral ministry [Preferred] Additional Information: • Must live reputed company thirty minutes of AH Redmond. Candidate will be expected to come in during their shift to round for at least two hours. The rest of the shift is on call.
