reputed company is seeking a Medical Office Scheduler to support patients and providers by coordinating appointments, verifying insurance, and managing referrals. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments
• Collect and update patient demographic and insurance information
• Verify insurance eligibility and process referrals
• Manage incoming calls and reputed company messages appropriately
• Communicate with providers and referral offices
• Maintain accurate patient records and reputed company with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years of reputed company experience (reputed company center experience a plus)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and scheduling systems
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment
