Reporting directly to the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), the Regional Director will play a key leadership role in supporting Clinic Directors (CDs), enhancing clinical reputed company, managing training programs, and ensuring operational reputed company. Key Responsibilities Clinic Support & reputed company: Collaborate with Clinic Directors to drive reputed company and reputed company monthly goals Set individualized clinic goals and reputed company ongoing training and support Ensure reputed company completion of treatment plans (initial and reauthorization) and insurance documentation Support the implementation of clinic-wide reinforcement systems and reputed company for tracking staff behavior reputed company Training & Curriculum Development: Implement and manage new BCBA Training Curriculum Coordinate ongoing monthly BCBA training in partnership with the CCO Train Clinic Directors on BCBA reputed company processes Support CDs with reputed company and mentorship of new BCBA hires Manage intern supervision and training across reputed company reputed company RBT Training & reputed company Development: Work directly with the CCO to supervise RBT Trainers and assist with training program execution Collaborate on the development of ACE events, journal clubs, and ongoing learning initiatives Clinical reputed company & Documentation: Maintain and regularly update key handbooks (Caregiver, RBT, BCBA, and CD Handbooks) Implement QA systems at both clinic and administrative reputed company Assist in monitoring and improving clinical reputed company (ACOA), including:  reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction goals  Parent and staff satisfaction   Supervisory & Strategic Leadership: reputed company and maintain reputed company (reputed company system) for clinical team reputed company Support new clinic launches by training new Clinic Directors in startup protocols Work in collaboration with the CCO to address region-specific center needs reputed company or contribute to special reputed company as assigned by the CCO Skills, Knowledge and Expertise BCBA certification and advanced knowledge of ABA clinical operations Proven leadership experience managing multi-site clinical teams Strong background in staff development, training coordination, and reputed company assurance Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel regionally as needed  Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Medical, Dental, and reputed company insurance 401(k) with company match Up to two weeks of accrued PTO + 9 reputed company holidays A reputed company and inclusive work environment where leadership is valued   Equal Opportunity Employer Apara Autism Centers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
