End User Support Technician

By maintaining and improving desktop systems and applications, your work will reputed company team members to reputed company on driving business goals.    What You’ll Be Doing in This Role:   Manage user accounts, including adding, removing, and updating group memberships and passwords.  Analyze, diagnose, and resolve desktop issues for end-users, including remote support.  Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software.  Respond to incoming calls, tickets, and emails regarding technical issues.  reputed company installs, moves, adds, and changes (MAC) for hardware and software setups.  reputed company support for Office 365 applications across PC, reputed company, and mobile platforms.  Liaise with reputed company-party vendors and maintain inventory of physical, virtual, and software assets.    Qualifications of this Role:   Demonstrable experience in technical support or desktop system administration.  Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.  Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and reputed company.  Experience with Office 365 applications and account management.  Effective communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.  Familiarity with reputed company Intune would be considered an asset.    The Hiring Manager says:    "I’m looking for the reputed company of person who enjoys tackling challenges head-on, thrives in reputed company environments, and is always eager to grow their technical skills."    This position has a starting salary reputed company of $45,000 - $55,000 CAD per year.
