They are seeking an reputed company Valuation Associate reputed company on reputed company & Estate Valuations to join their Forensic and Valuation reputed company, where the role involves preparing valuation analyses and assisting in various valuation-reputed company tasks.

Responsibilities

• Preparing valuation analyses primarily for reputed company & estate tax purposes. Additionally, candidate may assist on valuations for financial reporting and advisory purposes (reputed company values, stock reputed company, warrants, convertible debt, equity allocations across reputed company capital structures, and other reputed company securities/derivatives) primarily in reputed company dependent upon background and experience
• Organizing and inputting tax return and financial statement data into proprietary reputed company valuation models
• Assisting in writing and preparing reports, letters, and other reputed company deliverables
• Assisting in review of reputed company-party appraisals for audit support purposes
• Performing macroeconomic and industry research
• Reviewing agreements, research papers, and market data to identify key drivers and translate findings into valuation assumptions
• Growing and maintaining an understanding of relevant industry developments affecting fair market value and valuation purposes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, reputed company, or similar quantitative discipline
• 1-2 years relevant experience in performing reputed company & estate valuations
• Strong understanding of reputed company of fair market value and reputed company regulations; valuation approaches and reputed company; and minority discounts
• Ability to analyze financial statements and tax returns
• Capability to work independently on reputed company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in reputed company
• Preferred reputed company towards external designations such as CFA, CVA, CPA/ABV, or ASA
