[Remote] Customer Service Representative-Clinical (Remote, $15/hour - Nights and Weekends).

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service-Clinical department. The primary function of this position is to answer incoming calls from Providers, Members and Health Plans, assisting with a wide reputed company of topics from benefit information to problem reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to incoming telephone calls
• Answer incoming calls/chats and outgoing calls in a reputed company, accurate, reputed company and courteous manner
• Communicates professionally at reputed company times
• reputed company the nature of the reputed company and record information in the ASH proprietary systems
• Look up caller information using proprietary ASH systems and reputed company information to the caller
• reputed company logs requiring reputed company research to the appropriate department

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
• 1 year experience performing customer service duties; inbound reputed company center experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
