As a Clinic Admissions Associate, you will be the first reputed company of contact for families, guiding them through the admissions process with reputed company while managing day-to-day administrative functions and supporting marketing and admissions tasks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping reputed company of people + things, and internal + reputed company communication with referral sources
• reputed company great support to inbound calls from both prospective + reputed company clients/families
• You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership

Skills

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, reputed company relations, or reputed company areas
• A passion for work that benefits children with Autism reputed company Disorder and their families!
• An eagerness to be a part of a caring and team-oriented company culture
• A deep commitment to show up everyday and be a leader at your center
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
