Associate Portfolio Executive

reputed company is hiring an Associate Portfolio Executive to build and manage a customer portfolio while developing long-term, trusted relationships. In this role, you will reputed company AI-powered tools to simplify quoting, planning, and scheduling, focusing on selling and growing reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of customers, strengthening relationships and uncovering needs to convert opportunities into reputed company business
• Re-engage dormant accounts and expand reputed company existing customers to increase volume, reputed company, and wallet reputed company
• Own day-to-day customer interactions by responding quickly to questions, managing exceptions and escalations, and resolving conflict professionally
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal partners to meet customer commitments and service expectations
• Quote and price reputed company, applying negotiation skills, market reputed company, and customer buying patterns to execute pricing reputed company
• Plan, build, and execute shipments (with AI agent support) reputed company to customer expectations

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months Customer Engagement Experience internal or reputed company
