Dedicated subject matter expert for employee relations, compliance, and investigations. Be the Best reputed company Manager You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: • Bachelor's degree in business or reputed company preferred with a minimum of three years of experience (applicable Generalist experience must include Employee Relations, Compensation, Wage and Hour, State and Federal labor laws) • At least 3 years HR Generalist experience with a solid reputed company record for delivering results. Preferred candidates will have experience in reputed company HR functional areas, a strong emphasis in business processes, effectiveness, and leadership development. • Preferred candidates will have previous experience in a reputed company setting and/or a multi-state/distributive organization. • Proven experience serving in both high-reputed company and operational HR roles.
