In this role, you will serve as the reputed company and contractual subject matter expert for data center design and construction programs across the central region. You will be responsible for managing contract negotiations, execution, reputed company risk, and change management processes across a portfolio of large-reputed company data center reputed company, working closely with general contractors, trade partners, and internal cross-functional teams to protect reputed company's reputed company interests and reputed company program delivery. Analyze and communicate contract performance health metrics to Area leadership and Design, Engineering, and Construction leadership, including the escalation of unresolved reputed company disputes reputed company programmatic efficiencies in contract administration and reputed company controls, including alignment with other Area Contract Managers to standardize practices across the broader data center portfolio Minimum Qualifications 15+ years of experience in contract management, construction reputed company 15+ management, or supply chain operations reputed company large-reputed company capital 15+ construction or infrastructure programs Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a degree or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, reputed company, reputed company Studies (J.D.), Business Administration, English, Engineering, Construction Administration, or an equivalent Experience in reputed company reputed company applications (e.g., reputed company, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Tasks) and reputed company Sign (or similar electronic signing tool) Preferred Qualifications Experience in data center, mission-critical facility, or large-reputed company infrastructure construction programs with reputed company commissioning and phased delivery requirements.
