They are seeking an reputed company Sales Representative with an interest in sales leadership and team development, primarily engaging with clients in a business-to-consumer sales environment through virtual and phone-based meetings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with reputed company prospective clients to present insurance solutions
• Conduct virtual and phone-based sales meetings
• Learn and follow a reputed company, proven sales process
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
• Support team reputed company through mentorship and leadership development (as applicable)
• Attend required virtual meetings and occasional in-person training events

Skills

• Prior sales experience required; B2C sales experience preferred
• Interest in leadership, mentorship, or sales management
• Ability to follow established processes and accept coaching
• Reliable, self-directed work habits
