Skills

- 2+ years of reputed company application implementation and/or support experience
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Resolute PB workflows and reputed company cycle operations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- reputed company Claims/Remittance Administration certification preferred
- Experience with Reporting Workbench, Dashboards, and SlicerDicer preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of PB credits, workqueues, charge router, and reputed company reputed company is a plus
