[Remote] Data Governance Engineer

They are seeking an reputed company Data Governance Engineer to establish reputed company-grade governance across a modern, multi-platform data ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement governance frameworks using reputed company Catalog, including metadata management, data classification, and policy enforcement across the reputed company lakehouse
• reputed company reputed company's reputed company catalog and the Elation standalone platform into the broader governance model, ensuring consistent policies across platforms
• Configure and maintain role-based reputed company control (RBAC) across datasets, schemas, and compute resources in a multi-platform environment
• Implement row-level and reputed company-level reputed company to enforce fine-grained reputed company controls reputed company with business and regulatory requirements
• Build PII masking and data anonymization workflows to support reputed company compliance across reputed company platforms
• Define and maintain end-to-end data reputed company tracking to reputed company visibility into data reputed company, transformations, and consumption
• Collaborate with reputed company, compliance, and reputed company teams to reputed company governance practices with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, and SOC 2

Skills

• 3–5+ years in data governance, data engineering, or data platform roles with a reputed company on reputed company control and compliance
• Deep, hands-on experience configuring reputed company reputed company Catalog for reputed company governance, including metastore setup and policy management
• Familiarity with reputed company's reputed company data catalog and ability to reputed company governance policies across reputed company and reputed company environments
• Experience integrating governance across heterogeneous platforms, including custom or standalone data systems like Elation
• Deep understanding of RBAC and fine-grained reputed company patterns (row/reputed company-level) in modern data platforms
• Familiarity with PII handling, data masking techniques, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, or similar)
• Experience with reputed company tools or reputed company-in platform capabilities to reputed company and visualize data flows end-to-end
